AI Visibility Suite guarantee

Named by day 90, or your next month is on us.

On Growth and Pro, we agree on at least 10 hiring questions with you at onboarding, or at your fresh baseline if you're already a client. If neither ChatGPT nor Google AI Overview names you as a recommendation in at least 2 answers to one of them, in the same scheduled check, within 90 days of your baseline check, we credit your next month and keep working. If you’re still not named after that month, we credit a second month. You can see every check in your AI Visibility Suite portal.

The terms in full

Numbered so we can both point to one.

  1. The target. ChatGPT or Google AI Overview names you, your team or your brokerage as a recommendation in at least 2 answers to one of your agreed hiring questions, in the same scheduled check, within 90 days of your baseline check. One question is enough.

  2. Which plans it covers. Visibility Growth and Visibility Pro. New agreements are covered from their onboarding baseline. Current Growth and Pro clients are covered from a fresh baseline we run for them. Visibility Starter, the Visibility Playbook, add-on markets, and plans quoted outside the website are outside it, unless your agreement says so. Each client gets one guarantee.

  3. When the 90 days start. Day 1 is the date of your baseline check. For a new agreement, that’s your onboarding baseline. For a current client, it’s the fresh baseline we run within 14 days of your start date. We email every client their start date.

  4. Your agreed questions. At onboarding, or at your fresh baseline if you're already a client, we agree in writing on a locked list of at least 10 hiring questions for your market. A hiring question asks who to hire, for example “Who is the best realtor in [city]?” Three rules apply:

    • Questions come from our standard question library.
    • Questions that include your name, team or brokerage don’t count.
    • Questions you were already named on in your baseline check don’t count.

    The list stays the same for the 90 days. Only a change you request resets the 90 days.

  5. What counts as a recommendation. You’re named in the answer text, or the answer links to your own website or profile. A mention only as the title of an article source doesn’t count.

  6. How we check. We run scheduled checks at least every two weeks on both Growth and Pro, and log each one in your AI Visibility Suite portal. Pro’s extra checks count too. Google AI Overview is checked from your market. ChatGPT is checked as a national sample.

  7. If a check fails. If a scheduled check fails because of an engine or data provider problem, we run it again, and the window extends by the days lost.

  8. If we miss at day 90. We credit one month of your base plan fee on your next invoice, and we keep working. The credit covers the base plan fee only. Add-on markets aren’t credited.

  9. If we miss again. If no scheduled check during that credit month names you, we credit a second month. Any scheduled check that month that names you meets the target. After the second credit month, the guarantee is complete, and your plan carries on at its normal price for the rest of your term.

  10. How the credit works. We apply the credit automatically and tell you. There’s nothing to claim. Credits only: no cash and no refunds. Your term and the rest of your agreement stay the same. An unused credit is void if you cancel or your account is past due.

  11. Your part. The clock pauses while we’re waiting on you:

    • Give us manager access to your Google Business Profile within 14 days. For a new agreement, that’s 14 days from signing. For a current client, it’s 14 days from the day we ask for access.
    • Respond to content we send for approval within 7 days.
    • Keep your account current.
    • Tell us before you change your business name, brokerage or website.

    Days we spend waiting on you don’t count toward the 90.

  12. What it doesn’t cover. We don’t promise rankings, leads, sales, a number of recommendations, or that a recommendation will last. AI answers change from run to run, and we don’t control ChatGPT or Google.

  13. The record. The logged checks in your AI Visibility Suite portal decide whether the target was met.

  14. Who gives it. GTM B2B Consulting LLC, doing business as EagleWorks AI, gives this guarantee. If these terms and your SOW differ, the SOW governs.
