Discovery
We start with a meeting to understand your current tools, team structure, and priorities. Completing our short AI Readiness Survey beforehand lets us hit the ground running.
Your AI Foundation
Every engagement starts with a base layer your entire AI environment runs on. We load your company context, brand voice, and shared knowledge (handbooks, SOPs, pricing, FAQs), and connect your core systems (email, calendar, cloud storage, CRM). Every role we configure builds on this foundation.
If you don't have updated handbooks, SOPs, pricing, or FAQs, we can also help document and create these knowledge areas for you.
Role Configuration
We build AI workspaces tailored to each role on your team, tuned to its workflows, tools, and daily tasks. People in the same role share the same setup. Different roles get their own configurations.
We don't just copy what a person does step by step. We redesign the workflow with automation and AI in mind. In many cases that makes the process faster, more accurate, and more productive than the way it ran before.
Walkthrough and Handoff
We walk your team through everything, recorded for future reference. We identify your AI Champion, the go-to person inside your company, and provide structured follow-up with scheduled check-ins. Every handoff includes a customized AI policy, so your team knows what to use AI for, what to keep out of it, and who to ask.
